Hispanic Heritage Month 2025: Data, Voice & Collective Action

As Hispanic Heritage Month begins, so do my travels across the country.

I go with joy and gratitude as a keynote speaker, because I know that sometimes all it takes is one moment to spark change:

  • A person feels inspired and energized.
  • A group of colleagues align around the same growth opportunity because they’ve been shown the same data and shared the same insight.
  • Leaders make better decisions because they’re better informed.

That’s when data becomes more than numbers—it becomes a business case. It becomes a story. And when paired with communication that not only informs but resonates, it lights a flame inside people.

When individuals are energized, equipped, and mobilized, collective action becomes possible. And that’s when everyone wins: Latinos, companies, and our country.

I’m deeply grateful to every company and organization that invites me to speak, and for the trust to stand before their audiences. Together, we’re creating rooms full of sparks that turn into light.

If I’m in your city, I’d love to connect. Here’s where I’ll be this month:

  • Sept 15 – Mexican National Day celebration in NYC with the Consulate of Mexico
  • Sept 16 – Henkel, Connecticut: A global leader in adhesives, beauty care, and home products with iconic brands like Persil, Dial, and Schwarzkopf.
  • Sept 16 – Austin (drinks or breakfast)
  • Sept 17 – Dell, Round Rock, TX: One of the world’s top technology companies, driving innovation in PCs, servers, and IT solutions—with incredible leaders like Aracely Lewis.
  • Sept 18–19 – San Diego for Proximo Avance with Gary Acosta (keynote at the luncheon on the 19th)
  • Sept 21 – Hosting our Kickoff Reception for UNGA in NYC (let me know if you’ll be there!)
  • Sept 22 – Speaking on climate change & AI, bringing the Latino voice to this important global issue at UNGA
  • Sept 23 – Hills Pet Nutrition, Kansas City: A pioneer in science-led pet food and health, trusted by veterinarians worldwide.
  • Sept 24 – NBC, NYC: One of America’s most influential media companies, home to news, entertainment, and cultural storytelling.
  • Sept 25 – UNGA week panels on resilience through innovation and sustainable food systems.
  • Sept 30 – Thrivent, Minneapolis: A Fortune 500 diversified financial services organization helping millions achieve financial clarity and live with purpose.

That’s my month! If you’ll be at any of these events—or nearby—let’s make time to meet. Hispanic Heritage Month is about celebration, visibility, and unity, and I’d love to connect with you.
