Claudia Romo Edelman is a global brand builder, entrepreneur, and cultural strategist focused on shaping purposeful, credible narratives. She has held senior roles at the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, UNICEF, UNHCR, and the Global Fund, and helped launch initiatives such as Product (RED) and the Sustainable Development Goals. Her work centers on building trust, mobilizing communities, and creating enduring brands.
She is the Founder and Executive Chair of We Are All Human and its flagship initiative, The Hispanic Star, which has partnered with more than 300 companies, 100 Hispanic organizations, research institutions, and media outlets to elevate the U.S. Latino narrative.
She recently launched Sotol Romo, blending global vision with deep Mexican roots to create a brand defined by ascent and intention. A leading voice for Latinos and women, she champions visibility, equity, and recognition of Latino communities as a powerful economic and cultural force.
Claudia is a thought leader and speaker, and author of ten bilingual children’s books with Macmillan Publishers, plus five books on Hispanic topics.
Named one of Bloomberg’s Women Who Lead 2026 at Davos and one of Time’s Top 17 Hispanics of 2024, she has received honors including the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. She serves on nonprofit boards, including the Harvard David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies and the Friends of the National Museum of the American Latino.
Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication from the London School of Economics, is fluent in six languages, and enjoys sports with her husband and spending time with her two children.
